Back when I first got my home computer, I called Jason Gillespie to help me get it set up onsite at my home. I had a computer I liked at work, so I told Jason what I was looking for and he came out and got it set up.
Then a couple of weeks ago, I had somehow changed a setting and couldn’t get access to what I needed. I called Jason and explained the problem over the phone, and he was able to fix it online. I didn’t even have to bring it in. I appreciated not having any down time with it — it was very convenient. The service and follow up was great.
